EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand — you might love the quality but wish to change the style, color, or design. No worries!
Luxstand offers a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Exchange Process:
1. Inform us within 3 days of delivery through WhatsApp at 9326452933.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup of your product.
3. Once the product passes our Quality Check (QC), your exchange item will be dispatched.
4. A ₹200 shipping and handling charge will apply, payable by the customer.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Each item goes through strict quality inspection before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product due to courier handling or human error:
1. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp (9326452933) on the same day of delivery.
2. Share a parcel opening video clearly showing the issue.
3. After verification, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.
4. All courier charges for such replacements will be covered by Luxstand.
VOID CONDITIONS
Exchange will be cancelled or void in the following situations:
If exchange is initiated without prior intimation on WhatsApp.
If the product fails QC inspection (used, damaged, or missing parts).
If any accessory, tag, box, or protective cover is missing.
If parcel opening video is not provided in case of defect/damage claims.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are premium-quality checked before dispatch.
Only exchange is available under the above policy terms.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Exchange is processed only after QC approval of the returned item.
Customers are requested to pack the product securely to prevent transit damage.
Luxstand reserves the right to decline an exchange if the policy terms are not met.
